You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
Howell Systems provides software tools, file processing services, and related digital products for the automotive tuning and embedded software industry. Services may include ECU tools, file hosting, subscription-based access, and credit-based usage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period after cancellation.
Credit packs are one-off purchases. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at connor@howellsystems.co.uk.

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on Howell Systems are owned by or licensed to Howell Systems Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Files you upload remain your property. By uploading files for processing, you grant us a limited licence to process them as part of the requested service. We do not claim ownership of your files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Howell Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Howell Systems Ltd, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our services but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, and any unused credits are forfeited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
